Allstate Insurance, Joel Rice Agency
Joel Rice's new office will serve his customers better and will allow space for 2-3 more associates than his current location. His new office is 2,400sf and utilizes an extremely efficient sprayed insulation system that promises to greatly reduce energy usage. We were able to use a balance of time tested materials along with a simple construction approach to give Joel the best product for his dollar.
Electric Busses for Seneca, SC
Proterra
Seneca received a grant to purchase electric busses for their city and teamed up with Proterra to provide the citizens of Seneca energy saving transportation and become one of only a few cities in the US to have only electric bus transportation. Zorn company provided the infrastructure to supply the busses at two charging locations and access to the new storage location for the busses.

We recently completed the new entrance area for the Men's and Women's Golf Practice area at Clemson University.
